耶魯大學法學院圖書館將一隻治療犬Monty加入館藏目錄中，供學業功力超大的學生借出去舒壓，每借一次可以跟Monty玩半小時。
這個點子實在是超creative，希望不要只是試用計畫，能夠長長久久實施下去。北歐有一家圖書館借人，耶魯法學院借狗，顯然圖書館真的重新看待「館藏」，只要是對讀者有幫助的，是讀者有需要的，都是圖書館的館藏。
哈佛商業評論2010年有篇文章在檢視21世紀的行銷，最大差別在於永遠將顧客放在第一位，先想顧客要什麼，再回頭來想我要提供什麼產品或服務給顧客。
我不知道耶魯法學院學生借了狗之後是不是真能舒壓，我跟我們家寶貝玩耍都很開心，還想說快快退休養一堆寶貝去聽老人家講或小朋友講故事，倒是沒想到大學生。
